1、Panel Type
We have more than 200 kinds of FRP opaque panels available that can almost match all pressed steel panel in the market. We can also design and produce as required but the section drawing should be provided.
2、Distance between purlins

a、FRP skylight panels are mainly used for roof lighting panel, the distance between purlins is subject to the pressed steel panel：
Thickness：1.5mm thick skylight panels match the steel panel within 0.476-0.6
1.2mm thick skylight panels match the steel panel under 0.476
1.0mm thick skylight panels are suited for garden, greenhouse and the bottom panel with double lighting layer
Above are for your reference, the practice should be according to the designer’s requirement.

4、Design of lighting rate
Suitable lighting rate helps to add the comfortableness, so please consider the area when choosing. Take the skylight panel with light transmission rate of 65% as an example, different areas need to adjust accordingly, 11% lighting rate would be suggested in south(HIGOAL itself takes10.4%), while 15% lighting rate would be more suitable for south west and north east. Therefore, the lighting rate can be chosen between 8% and 15% according to the purpose of factory.

6、Design of maintaining walkway:
FRP panels are not intended to support the undistributed weight of workers. Due to FRP grating is lighter than traditional steel grating (The standard walkway grating of 25mm height is only 12.5KG per square metre), it become the main protection of roof maintaining walkway.

Purchase Guide

2、Spread width: 0.6m, 1m, 1.2m are the basics in quotation.
3、Length: Owing to continuous moulding process, there is no limit in production, but we should consider the transportation condition when it is trial order, not over 9.5m is suggested; no limit for volume.
4、Light transmission rate: It has the same price within 30%-90%. Suitable rate helps to add the comfortableness, so please consider the area when choosing, 50%-70% is suggested to the south while the 60%-80% would be suggested to the south west or north east.
5、Color: Translucent, light blue and white are often chosen.
6、Delivery Date: Single line output is 1,800m/day, production arrangement needs 2-4days, ex-province transportation take 3-10 days.
7、Order limit: The smallest order should be not less than 80m because there is a boot-strip cost. (We always stock some common panels in small quantity)
