Characteristics
Excellent yellowness resistance:Skylight panel is aging beginning from the change of color together with rate of light transmission. HIGOAL panel has a professional membrane(F4) and the aging resistant gel coat on the surface. These two-protection layers ensure the yellowness resistant, what’s more, the light transmission rate can be retained as 85% within 5 years, which is a powerful proof of perdurability in south china.
Heat stability: FRP panel is a reinforced plastic with excellent heat-convertibility, can withstand temperature from -38℃ to +110℃ for a long time.
Strong impact resistant : enable the panel withstand the impact of hailstone and typhoon.
Weather resistant: The aging resistant membrane can absorb the ultraviolet ray completely and can be expected a 25 years usage which greatly reduces the cost caused by a frequent replacement PC panel does.

In 2001, we got a chance to investigate the market of light steel application. It was found that there was a PC panel that intumesced severely in one of engingneering in Huangpu, Guangzhou. We tested the temperature of the surface by mercury thermometer, It was as high as 59℃, and make a calculation as below: if the panel length(L) is 10m, installed under 2℃, The length change of PC and FRP panel under 59℃ is subject to this formula: △S=LX△TX△ ρ﹥30MM. Obviously, it can be judged by the formula, bigger length will cause larger change of shape, while PC panel has larger distance change than FRP panel in installation, thus it is difficult to avoid leaking caused by the breakage of hole and change of shape, worse in the building with big span.
FRP skylight panel, a humanized design, is not homogeneous material, it can refracts direct light into the scattered light which makes us feel more comfortable but PC can not.(as picture shown)
