The new generation Strengthened FRP panels

FRP skylight panel has been produced in HIGOAL for over 10 years and has experienced many improvements, can we make another progress? This is a real problem because every generation of HIGOAL FRP skylight panel should be tested and approved carefully and strictly before it came into market. Such a excellent product, we are now required to improve it, can we ?

Base on the saying that there is no limit in improvement, HIGOAL engineers found a way. Since we have been paying much attention to improve the aging resistant and double layer protection of panels but ignoring the strength which is now giving us a way to improve.
The new HIGOAL FRP skylight panels have been improved in below aspects:

1. Improve the fiberglass content by 18.3%
Its bending was improved by 23%, extendability was improved by 19.6%.(This obvious change can easily be felt by manual pulling or folding) Such improvement in strength greatly reduced the damage problem in transportation and installation, enhanced the security index in typhoon area or the building with large distance between purlines and decreased the breakage of bolt hole when auto-drilling
What made us surprised was that the strength retaining value reached 75% in aging experiment which was only 65% before. Therefore, we believe that new HIGOAL FRP panels are more strengthened and safer than before.
2. Add auxiliary thread in processing
The accessional thread adding on surface made the fiberglass distributed more equal. Thus, it improved the thickness tolerance and flatness of panels and bought us a more comfortable environment.
3.Production facility
The new washer and baker greatly reduced the dust and bead produced during process  which made the panel cleaner and more environmental.
HIGOAL met many difficulties and paid a lot in developing this new generation product. From the very beginning, our sales department suggested that the  new product should be much better than the old one or there is no need to make any changes.
In the end of year 2006, we were so glad that the new generation of FRP panels was successfully developed, however, we met new difficulty meanwhile. Since the strength of product was improved, the production cost raised as well. Thus, this plan was rejected by our sales department thinking of  we raise the price we will lost our competitive power in the major FRP market and will result in an vicious circle.
Since there was no way to cut down the cost in raw material, our engineers found another way to decrease the cost, that was production equipments. They found that the major cost focused on the consumption of electricity. Fortunately, they found a better way to reduce this part of consumption. They took use of the absorbability and release of heat energy of FRP products to design a heat energy circle system. By doing so, the electric consumption was greatly reduced, the product eligibility reached as high as 98.5% and the leftover material in HIGOAL panel production got reused in other production line. After a hard year in researching and developing, the new generation HIGOAL FRP panel was finally brought into the market.
As the above mentioned experience in researching and developing, we are confident to tell you that the new generation HIGOAL FRP panel is a more strengthened, safer, cleaner and more economical panel.
