Comparing with stainless steel material , FRP gullets have lower cost , more excellent quality and unquestionable anti-aging . Different from FRP translucent panel usage environment .

it has great more requirements for water durability and product strength ,its production equipment 、production process are more complex than that of translucent panel . FRP Cullis
As we all know, gutters are necessary accessories in all kinds of building, while HIGOAL is the first one who applied FRP material to these water catchments and drainage systems, no domestic FRP producer but HIGOAL can produce these product up to June, 2007. With unique and mature technique, we can provide best solution for you from design, machining to installation.

Advantage of FRP Cullis:

HIGOAL cullis and breakwater were produced by FRP material with excellent tenacity, aging resistance, wind & rain resistance, especially the acid rain resistance; in addition, it can be expected a 30 years long life.

1. Aging resistance.
It is acknowledged that HIGOAL FRP skylight panel can be used for over 30 years in construction. We are now applying such a material to the cullis that will make best use of its advantage.

2.  Low cost.
A. FRP cullis is produced continually by machine with no limits of length that greatly reduce the cutting or connection cost while steel panel cannot reach.
B. HIGOAL FRP cullis has high integrating degree. It is actual a typical DIY processing installation because it combine the end cover, links of rainspout, connection board in dle all into one.

3.  Better property of chemical resistant than products made by stainless steel and abiochemistry.

4.  Light weight, high strength.
The density of FRP material is only 1/4 of the one of steel material, moulded FRP cullis is approx 4Kg/㎡. It is not easy to damage because of the excellent flexibility and high strength.

The left picture shows that the FRP cullis is still very new and shiny since it was used from 2005 in HIGOAL own factory, there is no rusty and leaking problem so far. The curing degree has been improved to 99.3% from the first degree 86%, the strength of product also has been enhanced by 17.6% based on the strength before two years which is much higher than the one of skylight panel.
