1 Flat panels without gel coat: It is mainly used for sandwich panels or industrial inner scaleboard
2 Smooth surface panels
Flat panels with gel coat: biggest width is 2400mm, there is a aging resistant gel coat on surface,
these products are widely used for decoration or the outer panel of refrigerator car.
3 Bead surface panels
with / without gel coat, the biggest width of 2400mm, better vision impression of decoration, smooth
bead wale on surface, easy to clean.
Sandwich panels
The above mentioned panels can be combined with the froth, gypsum, polywood, aluminium
honeycomb ,the lsandwich panels is a more strengthen, better rigidity panel, sandwich panels
will be easier to install, the installation efficiency will be improved greatly, furthermore, the r
equirement of wall coarseness will be reduced also.
Necessary knowledge in application of gel coat panels.
Flat panel with gel coat has a surface layer that fibre is not added, it these products has high rigidity
and luminosity, good appearance, anti-UV and yellowness resistant, it can also improve the weather
resistance and maintain the surface reflet for long. However, because this gel coat has no fibre content,
so it has lower tenacity; If the gel coat bear excessive tensility, it will break when we make sandwich
panel by gel coat panel.
Factors that make gel coat panels break:
① Bending: Bended obverse or reverse or when rolling as a cylinder with a diameter lower than
500mm, it may break.
② Impacting: It is easy to break when making sandwich panels since there may be some grit or
impurity.
③ Packing & loading, transportation: It should be rolled as a cylinder with diameter over 500mm
when bending to move; no cross bending is allowed.
HIGOAL flat panels are all bended by machine and packaged mechanically, also the transportation
is controlled strictly to ensure no break when shipping out. Therefore, we will not accept any return of
goods except for best reason.
