One basic principle when Higoal develops new products is product normal usage time must be over 10 years .No matter the profit of short-term, hot products 、speculative products is very attractive , Higoal will not intervene the market when intending vitality is uncertain .Therefore, the development of Higoal products is a little slow.

The development of Higoal filament winding process began on 2003, four years went by, the small scale horizontal tanks within 2.5 meter in diameter from the beginning, to nowadays tanks maximum 20 meters in diameter winded on local site; the productive diameter of cable protection tubes is from 200mm at the beginning to present 2.5 meter in diameter gritted tubes. Comparing to steel tanks, plastic tanks , high intensity、anti-corrosive、no restriction of specification are filament winding tanks major advantage.

A man must sharpen his tools to do the job excellently. As China can manufacture filament winding equipment, why Higoal imported enquipments from Italy Sarplast.  That is , though it has great improvement on China equipement industry , it has obvious disadvantage for controlling manufacturing technology of completed sets of equipment、equipment stability、software speciality and degree of automatization, expecially the whole solution of manufacturing process.
