Cutting
For larger projects we can supply panels manufactured to the customer`s exact size. Standard panel sizes are 1220 x 3660mm,1530x 4007mm, 1007 x 3007mm. We also offer all customers a free of ge cutting and resin sealing service (if needed), but to avoid Cutting-Waste Rate as possible.

We have below four cutting ways available :
1、Considering the width of cutting knife or cutting location, the size precision of grating should allow ±5mm.
2、The length and width of trench should be 1% wide or no less than 5mm install space left on single side.

Below “N” is integer

A：All sides enveloped
Better appearance, tidy but more expensive, the enveloped length and width of grating should meet: N*central distance (e.g. 38.1) +7mm


B：Subtense enveloped
The subtense size requirements should be the same as type A mentioned.

C：Vertical enveloped
The enveloped length and width of grating can be N*central distance（e.g.38.1）±5mm（±5mm is to avoid a cutting at bar of grating）


D：Ordinal cutting
The most economical cutting means, they can be all sides enveloped, all sides open, some sides enveloped or other customize styles.

Grating should be fastened to the supports for more safety, using fasteners such as the Clips described in below should be used every 3`-4` along the supports, with a minimum of four clips on big sections. The clips not only add safety for the employees using the grating, but also improve on the deflection noted, provide a Firm feel for foot traffic.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic foot is also available to raised walkways allowing liquids to flow freely.
